Immerse yourself into the night and watch the Tasmanian Devil enjoy their dinner all while you enjoy some Tasmanian wine and nibbles.  This tour operates after our sanctuary closes to the general public.  

Devils in the Dark tour is available for ages 6 and above.  Due to the nature of the tour, children under 6 may find the devils eating dinner distressing, unfortunately, the facility does not offer a quiet area for children if they become restless..

Child prices are from 6-15yrs.

Viewing facility is full enclosed away from weather elements, however there is a short walk from entry to the facility, warm clothing is recommended for the cooler months. 

Due to seasonal changes in daylight time particularly during summer in Tasmania, the tour will operate in the later evening .

This tour requires a minimum of 4 Adults and is subject to availability.

This tour is the Ultimate wildlife encounter tour, guided for 1hr

You are guided through the park by our experienced keepers, enjoying as many wildlife encounters as possible.

Animals encountered depends on the season and availability. But generally a private Tasmanian devils feeding, echidnas, sugar gliders, wombats, and occasionally any hand raised or orphaned animals in care.

Includes park entry and kangaroo food

Guided tour by our knowledgeable keepers for 1hr, amazing hands-on wildlife encounters, a maximum of 4 people per session. Pre-bookings are essential.

Guests must be a minimum of 6 years old.

Please arrive 15 minutes before start time.

Enter the wombats home where you will be able to pat them and give them a bum scratch (their favourite)

Guests must be a minimum of 6 years old.  Supervision within the enclosure is recommended for children.  Adults must also purchase encounter ticket to go into enclosure to supervise.

You must check in for your encounter 15 minutes before start time or you forfeit your spot on the encounter.

Spend 15 minutes with our Sugar Gliders. Allow them to climb on you and they may even feed from your hand

Photo's and video's are difficult from outside the gliders enclosure.  All guests entering must have a ticket.

Sit and observe the echidna feeding with its super long 12cm sticky tongue for 15mins. Depending on the animal’s behaviour you can pat the quills.
